Shipping Update 2

Hi Everyone!
I hope everyone is doing well. We have started shipping and some of you should now have received your miniatures. If so please do drop a message on the wall. It helps to stir that last hurrah where people know and expect their package to arrive soon.
We don't need too much longer to complete shipping. One factor that has slowed us down this month is what would to all Fighting Fantasy fans seem obvious. Almost all orders contain the Bloodbeast. The Bloodbeast was the last item to go through production and at the start of shipping was the item with the smallest amount pulled from the moulds. On the other end of the spectrum we need to get the boxes signed to unlock the full releases. These two factors have unfortunately whittled down the amount of orders that were ready to ship. This now that we look back is common sense. But we are handling a trip to London to visit Ian for signing and the blood beast numbers are now almost complete. With these two factors coming to a resolution, we expect to complete soon.
We do appreciate the patience. It does mean a lot to us. The last year or so has been an interesting one to say the least. But onwards and upwards.. :D

April Update

Hi Everyone,
Hope you are all well!
We are excited to announce that we have started picking and packing orders and the first batch will be shipped early next week.
We will ship the orders in batches and email notifications will be sent after each batch is shipped. Please check your junk folder for the notification as from our experience it is common for this notification type to land in the junk folder.
We have some more images to show off today, we really hope you love the minis!
Finally, thank you for the constant patience and support during this project, we may do another update to show off the custom bases. We are really happy with them!

IMPORTANT: Lock/update Address Email Incoming

Hi Everyone!
We do have more minis to show off but they will come in the next update once we've photographed them. We are very happy with how they have turned out!
This email is solely focused on stressing the importance of updating your shipping address if you need to. We will shortly trigger a shipping address confirmation email. Please also check your junk folders as we have found in the past that backerkit emails can regularly go to the junk folder.
The shipping address confirmation email only requires action if you have moved from the address on the order. If you have completed checkout in backerkit and have not moved then the information on file will be accurate and complete.
If you do not receive the email or it is not clear how to make changes, please do not worry as we are happy to help and can do so manually. If you require any help please email us directly: [email protected].
The next update will have photos and more information on shipping and progress! Short version is we're doing well in the last few stages.

February Shipping Update

Hi Everyone,
I hope you are all doing well during these times.
We have made a lot of progress and we are getting closer to the final stages.
Over the next 2 weeks, we will be sending out an email to lockdown shipping addresses. It is very important that you keep an eye out for this email and ensure that your shipping address is correct. We will send out an update prior to sending the address update notifications. If you struggle with the backerkit system, we are happy to help change addresses.
We have nearly completed all of the characters and we are now soldiering through the bases. Bases tend to be a quicker process due to their simplicity.
We are also coordinating with Ian, a plan for signing the Titan Collector boxes.
We have had a few small set backs that have altered or temporarily limited our pace in the earlier stages of 2021. But we can confirm that we intend to start shipping late March. This is of course a nudged date and we do really appreciate the patience and support.
We will show off some more of the final casts soon but for now here are a few more images of the prints that havn't been shown yet. We are particularly proud of this range and I do hope you all love them when you see them.

January Update

Hi Everyone,
Happy New Year, I hope you're all doing ok during these very strange times. We have been super busy during December with our previous project shipping and this project taking leaps and bounds in production... we apologise for the lack of a progress report during that time.
Production are doing a fantastic job and our amended shipping start date of February is still looking achievable. We have a collection of images to show today of some of the minis heading your way!
