Hi Everyone!

We can see a lot of you have now completed the pledge manager, and I hope it has been a clean and smooth process for you.

Everybody should have now received the pledge manager link. If not please first check your junk folder and then message us. We can resend it :)

For 'No Reward' pledge levels. If you have decided to buy something, please click the link as shown below in the image and switch to another pledge level. 'Build your own' is recommended for a custom order. Other pledges are recommended to receive a box offer.

We will lock the first batch of orders in January and then continue to lock new orders every week. If you are waiting to upgrade you will have time to do so, so don't worry. 

If you are the person who is likely to forget. We recommend taking a couple of minutes to complete the process while it is fresh on the mind :).

Pledge Manager Smoke Test Live Today!

BackerKit surveys are coming!

5 percent of you will receive it later today to test that the pledge manager is working as intended. The rest of you will receive it tomorrow evening! Please keep an eye out. From previous experience, for a small proportion of you, it may land in your junk folder. if you have not received it tomorrow evening, please check your junk folder :).

Soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s is good to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards. But that being said you will also have the opportunity to wait and checkout in a few months if you are waiting to upgrade as an example.

You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!

After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.

If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https:// fflegends.backerkit.com.

If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at https:// [project name].backerkit.com/faq.

Pledge Manager

Hi Everyone! 

We have been soldiering on with the project and the pledge manager, but due to 3 recent trade shows and a rather over dramatic case of the man flu we will be posting it a little later than initially outlined. 

We will posting the pledge manager later this week! We had a temporary issue with the giclee prints on the pledge manager, making it only accessible to the Titan pledge, but with a little help we are almost ready to release the pledge manager. So expect a smoke test shortly! 

A smoke test is where we will send it to 5 percent of backers. Please provide feedback if you spot any errors. After the quick test run, we will then share it with everyone. This is the important stage. This is where you can lock in what you want to order and provide your shipping address :D 

Another update will be posted later this week when we release the smoke test.

Hi Everyone!

With the incredible support from 322 backers, this project will now go full steam ahead into the development stage! Our sincerest thank you from Atlantis Miniatures! :D

As another form of thank you for funding this project. We can now confirm that there will be a free PDF painting guide that will cover some of the favourites, including the Bloodbeast, Shape Changer and Lizard King. This can be downloaded for free from our online store during the shipping stage of the project. We may add more to the painting guide as an informal stretch goal for the Pledge Manager/Late Pledges.

For the Titan Box, there will be a printed version of the painting guide. This is likely to be a pamphlet or small paper booklet. 

As for the miniatures, we will will also be adding a few custom base upgrades! More news on this coming soon!

This is a nice sized project and we can't wait to get the ball rolling! We have a lot of work ahead of us, and you will be able to follow us on this journey. For all of you collectors out there; it is great to see the Titan Collector's Edition box hitting some nice numbers from a collector's stand point!

As a backer of this project, you will continue to receive updates with progress and developments containing, sculpting improvements, 3D prints and casts! We do hope you will all enjoy this experience and the final products!

Just a quick formality to ensure that once this campaign ends, you complete the final process to set your order in place, with the money you have pledged.

IMPORTANT

To secure and formalise your order, there is one final stage....The Pledge Manager! This is very important. You have at this stage secured your order. But you will need to formalise it via a simple checkout process. This is the section where you can spend your credit, click what you want and add stuff if you want to. It is via this process that we will receive your shipping address as well.

Can I upgrade my pledge in the pledge manager?

You can indeed, simply pick what you want and pay the difference from your original pledge :)

How do I pick what I want:
It is simply an online store, when you click the link. You will first be offered an option to upgrade or stick with your pledge. You will then be directed to a pre-order store of products, where you can add any items to your basket.  Your basket will automatically update based on the credit you have paid for in this campaign!
